Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Roza Wigeland Creative, ordered from the The Tracy Savage Gallery website at www.tracysavage.co.uk. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Roza Wigeland Creative reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Roza Wigeland Creative uses PayPal and Stripe as their online purchasing systems.
Roza Wigeland Creative accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
All edition prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Roza Wigeland Creative will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Roza Wigeland Creative through PayPal or Stripe by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Roza Wigeland Creative has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact via the contact form at www.rozawigeland.com.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Roza Wigeland Creative will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.
Roza Wigeland Creative is under no obligation to accept any order.
Delivery
Roza Wigeland Creative currently delivers BOOKS to Great Britain and France, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Austria, Hungary, Denmark, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Artistic objects are excluded from delivery to European countries. Artistic items are only shipped within the Great Britain.
All delivery times quoted on the Roza Wigeland Creative website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Roza Wigeland Creative may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
Items will be shipped to you via Royal Mail. Roza Wigeland Creative will endeavour to deliver publications within 5 days of receiving your payment unless otherwise stated on the website.
Delivery of publications to you will be considered to have occurred once the publication is placed with Royal Mail, or any other service we may use. If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Roza Wigeland Creative cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected. A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
When the goods are deemed delivered responsibility for the edition, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the items.
Customs Charges. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by the destination country. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that Roza Wigeland Creative has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Roza Wigeland Creative recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
If Roza Wigeland Creative are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order. Roza Wigeland Creative is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Roza Wigeland Creative is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Payment Security
Roza Wigeland Creative uses PayPal and Stripe for online payments.
Roza Wigeland Creative accepts payment by any credit card indicated on the website as acceptable at the time of purchase. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and include shipping, unless otherwise stated. These fees, if applicable, will be added after confirming your address and payment details and before placing your order during the payment process.

Return Policy
If you have decided to return the purchased item, you probably have a good reason. As each case is individual, contact me and I will do my best to make sure everything goes well. Remember, however, that you send everything at your own expense. The parcels should have a tracking number, and the money will be refunded after I receive the returned item. You are responsible for delivering the item to the correct address and I am not responsible for loss or damage of the item by courier or Royal Mail.
